Everything was great, except the toilet seat was broken, the cleaning people must not have turned it in. I told the front desk when I left, she said she would get the maintenance on it right away. Hope they did.
It was nice place to stay. Clean, quiet and staff was very nice and accommodating.
Good... Very dirty..I have stayed there before .... The last time I stayed at was fine this time I was in room 322 and they were still discussing issues I didn't even care for it too much.....
The staff was very courteous and professional. The facilities were clean and orderly. However, there were smells in the hallway and room that were unpleasant. The hallways smelled like a mix of strawberry cleaner and baked fish. Our room strongly smelled stale and musty. The AC unit was set to 64 degrees, but our room never got that cool. I suspect the unit had frozen. Conveniently located. Courteous staff. Only complaint is terrible bed. Very hard, uncomfortable and creaked with every move.
Nice affordable hotel. I had a good experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice hotel stay in Springfield for a good price.
Road trip Everything was perfect except for the fact that the teller that checked us in was really weird, she appeared to be very antsy and jittery and it took her almost an hour to check me in as well as another customer. That wait was ridiculous which took us to bed very late. I especially loved the small kitchen available, I’ll be able to use that next time I stay at your hotel!

Room was cheap, large - kitchenette and an extra table, still spacious, looks like the LVP was new and in good shape, the tub and bathroom counter seemed new too. Breakfast was a cup of coffee and a granola bar. Staff was friendly. Some of the clientele a little rough around the edges but I didn't care. Did I mention it was cheap? All in all Satified
