Check your bank statement The receptionist insisted she charge my credit card even though I told her it’s already paid. She insisted it’s not paid. Turned out I was double billed.
I have been charged twice for this hotel stay; once online and once at the hotel. This hasn't happened to me before. I have called to resolve the issue, but still have not had any money returned to me.
The first room they gave me already had someone staying in it. The second room had a foul odor outside in the hallway. The floor at the entry way was sticky and the bathroom sink was not clean.
The location was great. But since it was an extended stay it didn’t really have the amenities offered at a hotel like a blow dryer. Ice machine and multiple sets of towels.
