2 vehicles were parked in handicap spots, over night, without plates or placards, forcing us and another car to park farther down, and the staff din't do anything abt it!

Just Scary This hotel is just scary. The kitchen floor was so dirty that when I wiped up a spill with a paper towel, it came up black. The hallways constantly smell (in a bad way) of cleaning liquid. You have to ask at the desk for all the kitchen necessities, they are not in the rooms. The cleaning staff was pleasant and helpful and the area is great. Walkable to many stores and restaurants and right off the James River Highway.

Check your bank statement The receptionist insisted she charge my credit card even though I told her it’s already paid. She insisted it’s not paid. Turned out I was double billed.

I have been charged twice for this hotel stay; once online and once at the hotel. This hasn't happened to me before. I have called to resolve the issue, but still have not had any money returned to me.
