Nice for the price The extended stay is a great hotel for staying one night or several nights. The staff, especially Tammy, is great and the rooms are always clean. There is no breakfast, but it not intended to as it has a small kitchen to handle all of your needs. Close to the mall and Palace theater. Highly recommended.
The carpets in the lobby and the hallway of the hotel were dirty. Also, the hallways smelled really smoky.

Good deal for the price I only stayed one night and checked in late; staff was friendly, received a free upgrade; room was clean
Hallway to my room was littered with cigarette butts and looked like it had not been vacuumed recently. The stairwells where also struin with cigarette butts and smelled heavily of smoke. The air conditioner was very loud and disrupted my sleep several times kicking on and off.
good rate. Outside areas of the room lack cleaness. The room was clean.
Liked that there was a kitchen.
