the staff was very friendly and helpful to us. The hotel could use a pool and or hot tub. It is a steal at the rate we got it thru horels.com

very clean, includes studio kitchen Both the hotel and room were very clean. Not a single trace of ash or smoke in my non-smoking room. Top notch for a business traveller or family (cook your meals in the room to save money). My single room included a full size fridge, 2 burner stove, full size microwave, toaster, dbl kitchen sink, even a pot, pan, 2 plates, 2 cups, coffee mug, and some utensils (all clean). Great for the price!!!!! Very clean and they have added a pillow top to the bed a lot so I'm guessing this took some of the firmness out that some had talked about. Great place for the money!!!

It was a nice room but they need to put the toiletries in the room and batteries in the remote for TV.

Need to improve their maintaince staff None of the maintainence items I brought up were taken care of, until the last night I was there, they gave me a different room after my refrigerator stopped working.

for non smoker not recommended pro of our stay was the location. Easy to get to and the room was roomy enough. the cons was the bed was very hard and the t.v. didn't work very well, had to connect the cable back to make it work and then most of the stations were snowy. I'm a non- smoker, and my non smoking room was also located with the smoking rooms. the hallways were smoky. The bathtub didn't drain so when you are taking a shower you are standing in lots of water.
