It was a nice room but they need to put the toiletries in the room and batteries in the remote for TV.

Need to improve their maintaince staff None of the maintainence items I brought up were taken care of, until the last night I was there, they gave me a different room after my refrigerator stopped working.

for non smoker not recommended pro of our stay was the location. Easy to get to and the room was roomy enough. the cons was the bed was very hard and the t.v. didn't work very well, had to connect the cable back to make it work and then most of the stations were snowy. I'm a non- smoker, and my non smoking room was also located with the smoking rooms. the hallways were smoky. The bathtub didn't drain so when you are taking a shower you are standing in lots of water.

Unclean Room We booked 2 rooms and they got my name wrong for the booking on 1 room, the second room was fully stocked, clean and more comfortable than the first room. My room was not vacuumed and the bathroom was very clean. It was missing dishes and when I ask housekeeping for coffee she only had one. The third floor smells and the hallways are kept at a swarming 80 degrees. Room was not uncomfortable to sleep in but it was not as nice as my sons room on the second floor. The perfect night! My stay was just what the doctor ordered. It was close enough to the places I wanted to visit yet far enough away that it was pretty quiet and offered me the quiet and relaxation I so desperately needed!

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and when we asked for another bed we were told all rooms have the same mattress. So, we were told we could get a pillow top pad if one was available and did get one but it was for a twin or standard bed and ours was a king. Maid service needs to look a little closer because we found a blown up condom at the edge of the recliner and had to request another bedspread because ours had a large area at the top of it that appeared to be blood and sweat stains. Not fancy but reasonable and decent location Staff seemed nice, room was ok. Not the cleanist yet not the dirtiest. Overall maybe a 2 or 3 but it was cheap and worth the stay. They need new tv's.
