Amenities and rooms unavailable as booked At check in-I was placed on the third floor-and then told no other rooms were available and that the elevator wasn’t working. Thank goodness I wasn’t disabled or elderly or those stairs would have been miserable without even an offer of help from staff. The room key then didn’t work after going up three flights of stairs. Lamps and fridge Room 224 had a fridge that didn’t work and only one lamp that worked. Was moved to 220 and one table was missing a lamp and two of the three other lamps did not work.
