unsafe location The hotel strongly smelled of weed as we walked into the front door to sign in. Got our room key and was directed to drive around to the back of the hotel and the entrance was all the way around the building in a dark area. We entered the building and it strongly smelled of weed. We went to the tiny room, once again smelling of weed. Upon seeing these condition we immediately left and went elsewhere. I did not feel that the hotel was safe for two women and teenage kids. Will never attempt to stay again.

This was good enough for a night after a concert. Nothing fancy. Office closed at 10pm & opened at 9am. No vending machines or ice. No shampoo in rooms. Noisy hotel. Maid walked in after we were already in room without knocking. She had no idea we had rented the room.
I’ve never stayed in a hotel that only had one bar of soap and no other toiletries available. I had to go down and get my own bedding for the hide-a-bed. The room smelled like a wet dog.
Found 4 roaches in the room.

The WORST!!! We waiting outside for a long period of time because there were no staff on site to check us in at 1:30am. The room was disgusting. The headboard had greasy handprints all over it, the room smelled like a dirty hamster cage! The bedding looked old and faded ( not crisp white) . The pillows were flat and stained, and there were not enough towels provided in our room . We had 4 people and there was only 3 towels. It was a really bad hotel and if I were you I would be embarrassed to offer to customers!

We booked and paid for a 3 nights stay, then when we arrived they had given our room to someone else. I had to call to talk to the manager lakiesha the next day and instead of hearing my frustration she hung up on me! Twice! Never using that brand of hotel ever again!
