Crappy hotel They cancel my room at midway end up paying more. They didn’t have any towels had to wait. The picture they have online of their hotel isn’t what you get. I’ll never stay there again

Randy at yhe front desk was very pleasant. The smell when you open the door to walk to your room was unpleasant. Didn't feel like a very safe area for my daughter and I.

Sad at Extended Stay America I picked this hotel based on price. I prepaid knowing we would most likely arrive after midnight on a late flight from Phoenix. So, I expected economy and a bed. I arrived at the door shown but it was a half hour after midnight. The facility is isolated with nothing around it. I walked inside expecting a window to summon a manager. I did not see that. Very out dated , uncomfortable bed, poor linens . Not a welcoming atmosphere. Air conditioner was no more than fan. Had to wait in lobby for over 20 minutes to see a person and check in.
