Never AGAIN Has roaches. They charge for extra towels even if you’re staying for the week. Door key kept defaulting. The smell of dirty diapers..

Minimal service and help. Arrived with a reservation at 8pm. No attendant at the desk. Another guest called the phone and was told he'd be there in 20 minutes. When we returned 15 minutes later I called and was told 10 minutes more. What hotel doesn't check guests in! The room has a noisy bathroom fan running making a burning smell which faded when I turned it off. This is a suites hotel but the kitchen had no plates or cups or anything. Could not even hear a cup of water...

This was pretty bad. The front office closes up (literally rolls down a shutter) and wasn't open in the morning when we left either. There was no breakfast or anything offered, even though there was supposed to be. The room we had smelled like a kitchen fire. There were zero cups/plates/utensils in the room, not sure what the point of a kitchen is if there's nothing given to use the kitchen. Just simply not good, not a good look for the brand, will keep this experience in mind when booking future stays.
