Room smelled and they tried to just put air fresheners over it. Ended up getting a new hotel.

I was doing a late check in, you have to stand outside to wait for someone to come & it took the girl 10-15 minutes. Next, their side doors make you play a game for your key card to work. Lastly, they don’t offer any type of room service or fresh towels or linen unless staying for 2 weeks.

Was asked to take a room that was lower quality than we reserved. It was well after check in and they werent even close to having everything ready. Wasn't offered a discount for the cheaper room either. There was another couple that was ahead if us that was forced to do the same. The hotel was sold out for the night as well. There we're four other couples behind us waiting. That would misplace alot of customers. Very piss poor management to allow this to happen.

Staff was very friendly. Looked to be understaffed. Arrived at 330 to check in, but room wasnt ready. Myself and my guests had to wait to check in. Upon enetering the room, we were met with a bad odor. Stayed in the room all evening. Room was clean though. We also paid almost $200 for our stay, but were not even offered complimentary coffee. The vending machines also did not work.

I sent in a review, I’m not changing my answer. I received a response and said Sorry we will look into this🙄 what a joke! I stayed in that room for 45 minutes, unsafe feeling, stove smokes when turning on, the outside fresh paint, the inside looks a homeless place. CARPET DIRTY DIRTY.. Send a secret shopper for a review.

Would not recommend Checked in at 11 PM. Front desk closes at 10 with instructions to use the lobby phone to get assistance. Lobby phone connects to the 1-800 chain number, not the local. Called once, was told someone was headed to the lobby to check us in. Waited quite a while and ended up calling a second time before someone came. Room was warm, even with A/C running, and smelled bad. Zero amenities - no shampoo or hair dryer
