horrible room Room had an odor and the carpet was heavily stained, which was contributed to the room smelling bad. The curtains needed to be washed. No alarm clock in the room & something bit me. Only thing good about the hotel was the location. I am also having a difficult time getting a refund from Hotels.com.
Run down hotel rooms. Uncomfortable beds. Too run down for the price.
Shower issue Wasn't able to shower the next day due to shower head wasn't producing enough water or the water pressure was too low. Ended up washing face on the sink instead. They couldn't provide me another room to shower cz everything was a full as per staff in charge(11:00 pm to 7:00 am) that day.

Ok hotel. Not a good experience. Smelled too much of smoke, linens not clean-looked very old need replaced. Grab and go breakfast was ok. Did not offer decaf coffee.

hotel review Booked a room thru hotels.com at 9pm Saturday night, it was close and relatively easy to get to, parking was limited and access to the hotel from car with my stuff was a little more effort because the desk clerk said that they only had 1 luggage roll cart that was being used at the time, at 20p.m.approximately Sat night? There was nothing in room. soap and two towels No shampoo. you had to go to front desk to get things that should have been in room. the grab and go breakfast was coffee, granola bars and muffins. I do realize this was a discount hotel but it was nothing like it was advertised on the web site
There were dirty towels left in the room. The floors were dirty . And when we told the front desk, they didn't seem to care or make it right. I will never stay here again.

It really needs to come off of your site . The place was unclean cigarette buts in the hall . I'm glad it was only 1 night

Run down with bugs Room run down with amateur repairs, loose fixtures, damaged walls, obvious water damage to the popcorn ceiling. Small ants and another kind of tiny beetle-like bug in the bedding. Carpet and corners needed deep cleaning. Cobwebs. Staff was minimal but pleasant. Bed was comfortable.
