When asking for one More pillow , receptionists was upset I called and said I couldn’t get any extras. The room was suppose to be for four people one bed and a pull out sofa bed. The bed only had three pillows. There was not extra blankets or Pillows for the other guests.

Horrible customer service They lost our reservation upon arrival. The front desk said they would give us a free room for the evening and that we would figure it out in the morning. Then at 1:00am they came knocking on our door and said they found our reservation and asked us to move rooms. They would not wait until the next morning. Then said if we didn’t move at 1:00am that they would call the police on us for stealing a room. Horrible stay, no mmaintenance being done First , horrible staff. Rude. After having to call extended stay phone number for someone to show up at desk to CHECK IN. ATTITUDE SUCKED. THEN THE WAY TO THE ROOM HALLWAY STAIRS HAS BROKEN HANDRAILING THAT WILL EITHER CUT SOMEONE OR FAIL. THE DOOR SLAM SO HARD WATCH YOU LITTLE KIDOS GOING IN. IT WILL CRUSH YHEN NOT TO MENTION ID YOU ARE ANYWHWRE NEAR 201, YOU WILL HEAR YHE DOOR SLAM ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!! What am I paying for The facility requires the guests to take out your own garbage. They don’t have enough towels. The window in my room screen fell off. I locked the window, went out and when I returned the window was unlocked. They only clean the room every two weeks......

The bathroom was not clean. There was grime in the tub and the stopper was broke so I could only take a shower. The trash can under the kitchen sink was full of trash also.
