I traveled to St. Louis from Hungary for a weekend funeral. I choose to stay with you for 2 nights then return to Europe. After checking into my first rooms, which smelled musty, the nice desk clerk moved me into another room upstairs. After being up for 24hrs traveling, I went to sleep and during the night woke several times scratching my hands. When I got up at 2am I realized I had been bitten 7 times on my hands and chest. This property made me and my children feel a bit eerie. Walking to the side entrance there was a trash can running over with trash at the door. Once we entered we had to go up steps, there was a trail of nasty, sticky trash can liquids on the steps. I entered my room and it smelled terrible and it was dirty. I called the front desk and told them I was getting a full screen on all channels on my TV. 2 front desk people came to my room and that's the way it's suppose to be. I got very upset with them and they said they were going to kick me out!!!!!!!!!!

Don't bother unless it's your last resort The room was located downstairs. The hallway was dank and dull with a large loud fan at the end of it. The room smelled like smoke. I'm a non-smoker. The tub had hair in it. I told the hostess about the smell. She came to investigate quickly and agreed that it was a strong smoke fume present. At that time she sprayed the room with Febreeze instead of attempting to move me. The bed comfort wasn't excellent. The morning breakfast consisted of hot water and oatmeal packets.

No! Room wasn’t very clean. Ashes in drawer. Hallway and bathroom smelled of marijuana the entire stay. Doors slamming all hours of the night. TV is mounted in the middle of the room not visible from either bed. Smoke alarm chirping needs battery.
