Worst hotel in the past 40 years! I've stayed at many Extended Stay hotels over the years. I've always found them to be exceptional. This was a shock and horror. If there'd been a way to get our money and move hotels we would have. Not only was the room arranged worse than ever seen, we felt that we could only walk on the carpet in our shoes. We were afraid to get in bed without checking all the bedding. It was the worst hotel room I've ever had to stay in.
The room reeked of urine. The matress needed to be burned....ok relaced along with the box spings ofc. I can't get the smell out of my senses. 3 days i asked for the over flowing trash under the kichen sink to be removed. Didn't feel safe with the Hispanics drinking outside where iit was suggested for me to park. First night i went without super since i wasn't comfortable. Since i had to wash everthing due to the odor that permeated the room. Saturating my clothes, they smelled of urine. YUK oh please offered me a free night... read more
Place was run down, had to wait over two hours past check in time for our room to be cleaned and ready. Then we didn’t have linens for the pull out bed, which the floor would have been more comfortable than sleeping on that metal frame advertised as a bed. The “grab and go” breakfast was poor. There were holes in the walls of the room. All around very poor experience. Do not recommend.
No elevators an room on 2nd floor. There is nothing in info that states one must climb stairs. This omission by Expedia and Extended Stay created a hardship for me. Antiquated rooms, old smelly carpet. No amenities!! Room way overpriced and just felt dirty overall. Staff need customer service training. Would not recommend. Paid over $100 night and
