Front desk was friendly and helpful but overall stay was subpar. Beds were uncomfortable, room was dirty, and the smells throughout the hotel were atrocious.

We checked in late and the staff at hand was not in the main office. We had to call the reservation office to get someone to come attend to us. It took about 30 minutes. That is my only complaint about this place. Everything else was great.

Issues with internet. Called help desk where error was my info was incorrect in the system. Missed working on an issue that was somewhat time sensitive. Issue was not rectified until late Sat morning from the Front desk. Also, lighting with all aspects of the room was EXTREMELY poor.

the property smells like urine and smoke inside and out. not a 24hr check in/check out. had to call a landline in order to check in and check out when staff was in the window w the door locked. sheets and pillows had stains on them. bathroom was clean but the carpet was disgusting. wouldn’t stay here ever again, only booked because it was last minute
