Sweet and Salty There are 2 staff members named Anna and Belinda who worked the front desk, but at times I would see them cleaning the halls/stairs, multi-tasking answering the phones with a lobby full of people. They are 2 of the sweetest, nicest and kindest women I have ever met in my travels. They made my stay very relaxing and comfortable. BUT there's a housekeeper by the name of Lisa who in my opinion is very rude and unprofessional. I was walking back to my room and she was in the hall way on her phone cleaning a room.... read more
Ok stay I stayed at this property on Christmas night and the day after. They lock the doors at 7:00 pm and you have to call for an attendant if checking in during that time. Entering at 7:00 is very unpleasant as there was a homeless man at the entrance to the side door that isn't well lit
Hallways and elevators smell weed. Do r understand why they have a sign stating (NO SMOKING FACILITY). Hard to get front desk service
