This property is tough to find and rough. The roughest Extended Stay I have ever stayed at. Walls damaged door to bathroom damaged exterior of fridge rusty, floors dirty. Disappointing.

Had a reservation yet they gave away our room by 4 pm. Couldn’t bother to let us know, so when we arrived at11pm, we were informed. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional

Paid for a room and was told my room was booked already. Still haven’t had a refund. They wouldn’t give it to me. There’s no reason for this.

Pictures are.false advertising. Dirty place, rusted appliances, worn out everything, roaches. Very bad.
