I requested clean towels the following morning of my stay and they told me I had to pay for them. I’ve never been charged to get clean towels. Completely unacceptable and I’ll never stay there again.

Never ever book at this hotel while in Tallahassee This hotel was the epitome of disgusting. Firstly, we arrived after late check in and waited nearly 40 minutes to get a room. Then, I find out they charged me for a room without me checking in. Secondly, We booked a non smoking room and received a smoking room. The haze of smoke on the floor was unbearable and the room was even worse. My children were all coughing and wheezing from the amount of smoke. No one can be found at the front desk EVER. The only way to get them there is to call the front desk. I’ve had my door banged on every morning asking if I was gonna move out when I wasn’t moving out for a week. The place is not really clean, some of the doors don’t work, the keys sometimes don’t work, it smells like pot and smoke and food all the time, and you have to pay for EVERYTHING (access to internet, housekeeping, water, etc.). Bad management Poor management. Waiting 50 minutes in the lobby for someone to finally show up to check in. Then he was rude, as if we just woke him up.

Cleanliness of hotel My sister killed bugs the first night all night. Mold on the windows, no towel service, the front desk closes st 10:00pm nightly, asked for non-smoking because of a medical condition I have was given a smoking room, first come first serve is what I was told, rooms had such an awful smell and the hallways. This wasn’t a pleasant stay and needless to say we will never stay there again. It wasn’t the pits but is in need of major upgrade.

Not great @ all! For the price gouge it was horrible we rented 2 rooms which costed over $1,000! Then no one gave us clean towels or made up beds at all for the 2 nights we stayed! No room service. Front desk closes @ a certain time! In one of the rooms rented shower didnt work @ all! & no one came to fix it when i complained!Only reason i stayed is because all hotels had absolutely no rooms availabe.

What is that smell? Our room had quite the funky odor. Didn't seem clean at all. Expected better for the $$. Though the staff was very pleasant, probably won't stay here again.
