Terrible costumer service, rooms smelling bad for the money
meh the desk clerk was somewhat less than welcoming to be honest. the room was adequate and clean , but while there was a kitchen , there was not even a coffee pot . the only toiletry supplied was a single bar of soap . so, while it was not terrible, the feeling we got from this place was "we're not going out of our way for you"
Very sucky staff The First Lady I inquired with was 100% rude. She was on the phone the whole time, not only was she rude to me she was rude to the two people in front of me as well. She also took a second phone call on a different phone while with me and was rude to them and rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth. I will never stay at this hotel again. It was a very basic hotel No hotel lobby, just a very basic hotel. Wash rag had a hole. it was not a regular hotel but an extended stay.
Guy from front desk with glasses Upon arrival I was satisfied check out time was the worst. The guy from the front desk was rude as ever. Banging on my door yelling it's check out time. Demanding me to open the door iwas not completely dressed he wants to know what I'm doing and am I spraying something. That's none of his freaking business if I said I'm getting dressed and on the way out. He stood outside the door until I came out ordering me to hurry up . Will never stay there again
Unimpressed We weren't impressed with this hotel. No lounging area, no ice. The hallways smelled like smoke and another unpleasant odor. We killed two roaches and a spider. Not something we want to see especially having our two month old with us. Not happy.
