Stay somewhere else Arrived at 8:30 to find a handwritten note, "on a break, back in 30 mins" leave your phone number and I'll call you. Then was given a room with someone already in it. Internet alternated between sporadic and non-existent. Woke up the next day to prepare for work and discovered I had an iron and no ironing board.

Horrible management. First the system went down and they couldn't check any one in. When the clerk called her manager. She gave the clerk no help and pretty much hung up on her. Then the WiFi was down all night. Horrible experience will never stay here again

Smoked filled roach covered room Reservation was for nonsmoking and I was out in smoking. I provided my confirmation of booking through hotels.com showing nonsmoking and they said it came through to them as smoking. Smoke smell was bad, electric outlets were missing covers cause for a fire, cabinets chipped and falling apart, filthy refrigerator and Kitchenet area. Staff was friendly, helpful. The property needs some tender loving care. Cracked tiles in shower, tub control stuck to shower only, bar for towel missing in shower. It has an AC unit in the room so sleep is sketchy at best. Had I known that one thing I wouldn't have booked it.
