Unique Checking was easy & safe. I had a non-smoking room but when i walked in, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. It was late and i didnt have a long stay so i didnt make a fuss. The room was not the cleanest. I wiped down all the surfaces & sprayed the bed. I called the front desk just to notify them so that i wouldn't be charged for smoking in a non-smoking room. The front desk are courteous. With regards to the room where I stay, I can rate it fair. The room smells like a smoke, it is not well cleaned, the aircon vent are dusty, and the bed is a little bit itchy.
