The staff was ok, the room was alright itself the bed was great the sheets were dirty with stains they had a bad smell to them I wished the rooms came with everything so I wouldn’t had to keep going down stairs the fridge was leaking since day 1 they sent maintenance and when we got back water was everywhere on the floor like before I wish they had TV guides overall inspite if I still enjoyed myself

The check in process was smooth & easy. Staff friendly and easy to deal.with. But in the room. Nah.. 1. The first thing i notice was the odor horrible 2. The refrigerator was completely rusty 3. Bathroom tube and chalking needs work. 4. It got worse in the nights lights come on roaches are coming out the wall sockets. (Ahhhh) all i could saw a few more hours i out)

Could do better The first room had a stain on the cover sheet, the floor was sticky, and it had a funky smell. Went to the front desk and had it whiched. The front desk apologized multiple times and she gave us a better room 2nd floor which we had no complaints with it. It got me wondering when she pulled out a book with a list of rooms that had same complaints. 🤔🤔

the room was not properly clean and the room floor left my kids bare feet black after walking on it.

Decent place to stay but needs maintenance. The rooms have a nice set up with the mini kitchen with two burner stove, for refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Both the guestroom and laundry room doors tended to stick and needed multiple attempts to actually get into the room. The front desk staff has been pleasant and helpful. The carpeting could definitely use a good steam cleaning as it was stained and not the cleanest. The bathroom was a little small but functional.
