I love the location restaurant and Hwy access . I dislike the smell at the hotel and the First Approach the person at the counter was eating lunch while she was taking care customer she couldn’t find my reservation with Expedia make me sit in the phone on hold with Expedia for 10 before she realize that’s the reservation was there ...

Property was clean and not far from the city. AC ran great in the room, nice to have access to a fridge. Bed was comfy.

Fast and friendly check in. Destiny was awesome as our receptionist! The room it’s self needs some serious updating and repairs. To use the hot water in the shower you had to turn it to cold, cabinets wood was missing and look chewed off by a damn animal or something. Spiders on the air conditioning...that’s just great when the air pushes out. Bed was comfy tho and the staff was super. Great location for food..Starbucks, Olive Garden, Brandon Mall.

Extended stay Brandon, fair to medium Nice place but some of the rooms are tired and a little worn. Cleaning of rooms and shower could be better. Front end Staff is exceptional.
