The bed cover and a skirt did not like it looked old and used

Due to various local city /health dept. codes, the sofa beds are not made up in advance and must be made at the time of use. Comfortable, but customer service is deteriorating The overall stay with great and the bed was very comfortable. However, The girl at the front desk was very rude. The electrical outlets by the table in the room did not work. My significant other had to go to the bathroom at night to charge her phone. The satellite TV went out at least three times overnight. I stay here often and I have never had a problem, but recently the level of service has dropped.
