Friendly staff. Quiet and clean hotel. Super comfortable and quiet. Super sweet attentive staff. Free coffee and snacks in the lobby were a nice perk.

The price wasn't bad. Check in was horrible ! Roaches in the room ! Housekeeping came way to early to clean the room. T.V didn't have many channels. Other then that it was ok !

The person at the front desk was polite and professional. She was a little stressed because she had some unhappy customers who thought they had a reservation that they booked through a 3rd party, but the reservation wasn't in the system. They were angry and exasperated. She handled them very professionally. My check in was easy and quick. My room - bathroom and kitchen had ants. Dirty, no ice machine? Hot water runs out ? No towels or blankets in room, had to ask. Mold looking residue all over side of refrigerator.
