Comfy but lacking the usual amenities The lady at Check In (Leslie) was very nice and friendly, she made us aware of all the issues before agreeing to check in. She gave us an upgrade and we stayed right above the lobby in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was super comfy and although it was not equiped or had the amenties as other Extended Stay it was enough for us since we just needed a place to rest nearby. The beds were super comfy and thankfully unlike other reviewers I did not see any roaches and our apartment was very clean.
Wash your own towels and sheets Unless you're staying for 2 weeks or more, this place is not for you. You will not get clean towels or bed sheets unless you wash them yourself. The majority of guests appear to be folks who cannot otherwise afford to, or qualify, to rent or lease an apartment or house. Many were heavy smokers and others were smoking pot in their rooms. Nice staff The staff is excellent and the location is within walking distance to food and shopping. The room was clean but very dated and furniture needed cosmetic repairs.
