The front desk clerk was very nice & was staying calm while she was getting yelled at from at least 3 people. I did have to wait a bit to check-in because of other angry customers. Issues: The entire lobby smelled like marijuana, so did the parking lot. The elevator was not working and we were put on the 4th floor. That meant walking up 4 flights with our bags, etc. My husband and I both have terrible knees, it was pretty bad. The floor in the room was sticky, it was gross. It was very basic, not a whole lot of amenities, not even coffee. Great place to stay if you don't need much.Just a place to sleep and take a shower.
