Terrible This is the worst stay that I have ever had at any hotel I ha e ever tstayrd in.. I will never patronize this place again..
Very long night After checking in informed desk toilet was broke was told no-one would be in to fix till Monday (this was saturday). The water wouldn't stop running and the toilet wouldn't fill so it couldn't be flushed. The toilet eventually flooded in the middle of the night and we had to shut off the water. When we checked out the maid was sweet about it even going down to the front desk with us to defend the fact that the room should not be given to guests till it was fixed. No Room Service.No services anywhere. I stayed for 8 days.They never cleaned the room once.Never changed Linens or Bedroom sheets.Overall a C-.
Staff was pleasant. However, I would never stay there again the whole place smell like smoke m the elevator and floors. The room smelled musty.
Good location Roaches in a room, exchange rooms but roaches and ants in the room again. Slept with the ligt on because we did not feel comfortable for roaches may crawl over us.
Smell like cigarette everywhere, I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. I had a bad experience.
Dear Sirs, When you advertise on your website for the hotels like Extended stay- Please be specific and mention the following: 1. Towels would NOT be changed everyday. 2. Beds would NOT be made everyday. 3. The so called breakfast is seriously a JOKE. Coffee and muffin is NOT CALLED BREAKFAST. We would appreciate if you can kindly put the Extended type of hotels in separate category and indicate the service they will provide . We wanted to leave the very next day ask for my money back.
