Really bad front seat servise. When check in late at night, I asked if there is hair dryer in the room, Recepcionistt said it should in in the room. I found out that There was no dryer. So when I went to front fest in the morning for dryer , ironically it was same lady ( Cassie, Red dyew hair young lady) said no dryer. I asked for manager and she said she is coming in couple of hours. No hair dryer in the hotel ? Plus this lady was very roud. the whole building smelled of cigarette smoke!!!!! Never again! Smoking in building and rooms is a terrible marketing idea to promote for a hotel.

Meh The room was not the worst. There was hair embedded in the towels and the ceiling in the shower was brown and dirty. The check in sucked. The lady at the front desk was short and I kind of felt like I was annoying her by checking in for my reservation. It was loud. People yelling and shouting from various rooms. Not the worst but not the best

I wouldn't recommend this place Where to start... We had booked this place since it had a great rate for a short stay, but it was a terrible experience. The walls are paper thin. The rooms we had smelled of a combination of wet dog + tobacco + mystery scent. The beds were sub par and we found hair in one of the beds when going to bed. It was really sub standard.

Ok for one night Ok for one night while we went to Busch Gardens. Would not stay any more than a night. Room had a moldy smell. Will not stay here again.

Third floor, strong smell of weed. I would not recommend. We did no lt feel safe. Thankfully expedia took care of us and made it easy to make other arrangements.

Killed a bug in our room and hallways smelled bad. Did not have regular cream with coffee at breakfast. Elevator was slow and had an issue opening on second floor.

Was in a convenient place to stay for us All was good except the smell of the rooms were the smell of the previous occupants. We had 2 rooms and they both smelled very different. 1 room smelled heavily like East Indian food, the other smelled heavily like cooking grease. The hall way smelled of a different food all together. Most people we saw in the hall ways were of different ethnic backgrounds but all were very nice people. Couldn't even stay there Despite having made our reservation about three months in advance, and specifying a non-smoking room, they give us a room on the smoking floor where the entire room and the entire floor reeked of smoke. The room itself was a bit dingy but would have been serviceable had it not been for the smell. We went downstairs and requested a change to a non-smoking room, however, as we were a late arrival there were no other non-smoking rooms available in the hotel.
