Lumpy Bed Breakfast is prewrapped muffins in a basket across from check in- no place to sit down. Worse 2 of us stayed, 1 could not sleep, the bed was so uncomfortable. We left pronto at 7 am. We could hear people's conversations when we walked down the hall, walls were so thin. On the plus side, the shower was warm and good pressure.

Smoking Room smelled (smelt) like an ashtray! No cleaning service provided after 1st night. Smoking room - disgusting, horrible, terrible, dreadful, ghastly, nasty, vile, foul, revolting, repulsive, repugnant, odious, sickening, nauseating smell. Stay away from this place!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This place is terrible. My best advice for you is to stay somewhere else. The staff is completely rude and they don't care about where they work. There are homeless people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. I walked past a room with 7 people, the smell of weed and two pitbull dogs inside. The stairwell is filthy and the elevator isn't any better. The smell of smoke overwhelms the hallways and the rooms regardless if its a smoking room or non smoking. Terrible hotel The place was dirty the Continental breakfast was something that I've never ever seen and I'm constantly staying at hotels it was horrific. If you need to stay in that area don't stay at this hotelTerrible hotel you could smell people smoking marijuana all through the hallways when they brought your towels they were dirty and stained the sheets were stained

Don't even consider this! Our 1st room was dirty, 2nd couldn't get key card to work. Had to wait almost 45 minutes to finally get our room! Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke, as well as halls, elevator, etc. Caused me to have an asthma attack. Breakfast is a joke-hope you're satisfied with a prepackaged muffin (if they haven't run out yet) and Coffee. No milk, juice, not even water! This was our worst experience ever!

Do Not Book!! I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The description stated that the hotel was "smoke-free." That was a HUGE LIE! Once the elevator door open...holy Jesus! It smelled terrible!! The elevator seemed as if it was going to get stuck (I used the staircase every time instead). And not just the elevator smelled like smoke, but the second and third floors as well.
