I cancel my reservation for both night because the hotel had rats and they still charged me

the entire second floor REEKS of MOTH BALLS! Can you put anything more toxic. OMG and the elevator is slow so you have to asphyxiate yourself in your sweatshirt while waiting. The decades of caked up black stuff in the bathrooms. Please OMG Vomit. Nasty. On a positive note, the girl at the front staff was lovely.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my entire life. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. The base of the outside of the bathtub was dirty. The tv dId not work. The refrigerator was old and rusty although I did not use it. It was the only hotel that had available rooms in Tuscaloosa, otherwise I would have not booked here. I would have been better of sleeping in my car

Would NOT recommend Arrived right around 10:30pm to find front desk “closed.” The desk agent heard me and rolled up the wooden divider. She was pleasant, checked me in then informed me how to get in touch with her after hours, (what?!!!) and to “slide the key” under the wood partition if I wanted to check out before they opened. The front desk was closed until 10am on Sunday. The room had a phone, but was not attached to the wall (I would have had to use the lobby phone to contact the desk agent); the room smelled of mildew ... read more

The fact that nobody even said a word to us. Asking for something or a question was uncomfortable as the staff was very rude. Only nice one was the Black Dude washing the windows & the walls on the elevator. Felt like goin into your parents house after pulling an all nighter... Uncomfortable, SCARY, & DIRTY ASS ROOM FLOORS!! I HAD TO BUY A MOP & CLEAN THE FLOOR MYSELF. IT WAS TOO STICKY TO WALK ON BAREFOOT!! THEN TO TREAT US THE WAY THEY DID. We made a reservation thru Expedia several days in advance and were told they had been on the phone 5 hours to their secondary sellers to explain that they had no rooms available. We had to find another hotel with a vacant room at 10:00 PM

The check in lady was great and the AC worked well. Could not get extra towels. Highway noise was very loud. Bed was smaller than expected. The keycard locks were temperamental, difficult to open. The places were advertised as having a kitchen but there were no amenities or cookware in room to use, not even a coffee machine.
