It was almost perfect! Great rates. Perfect location for Dulles Int'l business. Very dog friendly with only $25 fee for my mutts. Very clean, including utensils in kitchenette. (that was a FIRST!) The carpeting and upholstered chair needed cleaning. Only 2 pillows on a queen bed. Got the pillows OK and the manager said carpet/upholstery was to be cleaned before the end of the month. Almost perfect! I will be back!

Homestead Washington DC- Sterling Needs a lot of updating of fixtures in the kitchenette and bathroom. There were no closet doors and the shelving had a sharp edge. Other than that I the stay was fine.
The Homestead Hotel in Washington D.C. Sterling The hotel was located close to Dulles Airport and the Staff was very friendly. We did have a problem with the toilet becoming clogged overnight. It was sufficient for an overnight stay.
Homestead - Dulles Airport Hard time identifying the place - no signs. Landscaping people working there not happy with us leaving and returning. Unit was clean - slept well.
