Cold rooms Checked in and found the heat in my room was left off so the room was cold. Turned on the heat which blew very cool air. Let it run thinking it might warm up which it didn't. Tried to call the desk but the phone in the room didn't work. Went to the front desk and they changed my room. Second room was just barely warmer, still quite chilly, and the heating unit only blew cool air like the unit in the first room. Didn't have time to keep changing rooms so I just tolerated it.
