I did not like dragging my suitcase up the stairs as there is no elevator. I also dislike having my door open on the outside instead of a hallway. And you can hear the traffic in 28.

Much better under new management Stayed here once last winter and it was not a good experience. Tried multiple rooms and the heat didn't work well in any of them. Seems they are under new management now. The customer service was great, riom was clean, and the heat worked.

Checked in was easy, room however…. Tv remote didn’t work, she brought one. Also told her that the night stand & dresser are dirty and have a substance that looks like glass along with white stuff on it, also blood spatter on the wall & tv. She informed me housekeep would come in the morning. She then left and came back with a towel and wiped the night stand, dresser & tv. Blood spatter I wiped from the wall.
