Best place in town A spartan hotel, but very clean and quiet, and the A/C was superior to any and all. Good location. You get your money's worth here. Also, I like to see the guests with pets. It makes the place seem more inviting, than just a stopover

The staff was wonderful! The building needed some updating and didn't smell too pleasant. For this to be more of an extended stay, it does NOT come with any cookware. All in all, it was a decent place to stay but just not a typical extended stay most are use to.

It was just “ok” Nowhere did we read that they provided no dishes, flatware, kitchen towels, cookware, etc. we don’t have a lot of experience with extended stays but had recently stayed at another chain that provided all of the above. We were shocked to find nothing in the way of kitchen supplies. Had to spend $$ we weren’t prepared to spend to get basic supplies. I personally killed 7 roaches and 1 tick during our 14 day stay. I'm so sorry to hear that you were not aware of our ‘Simple’ philosophy --- that guests pay only for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, cookware, etc.) Many guests prefer the privacy that comes with limited Housekeeping and want to furnish their own toiletries, kitchen utensils, coffeepot, etc. I'm so sorry you were not expecting this and did not enjoy your stay because of it. It was ok I had to wait quite a while for check in even though I arrived before the pm cutoff for no one being at the desk. The staff member I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. The room was mostly clean but there were parts of the bathroom that were not and the elevator had what appeared to be blood smears on a corner wall.
