The managers have been more than helpful during this time. I appreciate them dealing with my adult child's attitude at times.

We came to get out of the heat and unfortunately the ac in our room was not working. We called the front desk at 10:30 after coming back from dinner to be told there was nothing that could be done at that hour, which was the answer we expected. I let them know while checking out and **** handling the situation to our satisfaction. While the ac incident was unfortunate, everyone we encountered was gracious, professional and friendly. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. I could not get the ** to work but they did try and offer assistance and were very helpful. I declined cause I didnt really need it. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. I would stay here again.
