Awesome. Very clean!! not one single ***** or bed bug! Ms. ***** is the best, very attentive to customer service and reasonable accommodations. Safe environment and great location close to everything.

The staff was amazing. Without power in ******* due to the hurricane. Stressed to the **** however, the staff allowed us to check in early and provided us with a room on the first floor due to my severe arthritis Assisted me with operating the laundry machines and made a fresh pot of coffee overnight. Helped us thru our horrifying hurricane ordeal.
A bit of a wait for my room but the staff was very courteous and my room was clean and pleasant.

Staff was exceptional! I gave 3 stars, because the fridge didn't work. They put me on the 1st floor what sounded like the circus practicing. I don't know how ,but you could swear they had ***** square feet of room up there! Beds were extremely comfy. Furniture is outdated, appliances ***** and ***** droppings all over counter, dead roaches behind fridge, and the rancid smell of a dirty wet carpet. Location was great!

I am guessing my experience was much different than many that had a negative experience. I checked in on Thursday and checked out two days later (as scheduled). My room was clean, floor was clean and I had no issues with anything. My only complaint was that the room I was in had 2 queen **** and one of them was uncomfortable, thankfully the other was ok. My room was next to an elevator and I did hear people/ kids, but nothing after 10 pm (thankfully).
