Chill environment Manager was super friendly. I asked for a coffe Maker. I got it instantly with a coffee cup. I have worked at hotels before as maintenance. These people work really hard. I. Think sometimes we as people forget what it's like to work in customer service. When we don't work in customer service. You guy are Awsome

Very accommodating in light of my circumstances. I showed up looking tired, ******* and dazed late in the evening after my landlord made reservations for me due to a fire next door to me in my building. The only inconvenience checking in was a glitch in the system about the corporate rate which was of little or no concern to me at that point in time. We were traveling home and my found this hotel on our maps app. The exterior was confusing, drove around twice to find the front door as it just looked like a standard entry. Check in was swift, we received a good rate and was in our room quickly. The room was a decent size and was clean The bathroom is in need of upgrades, the tub dripped, and the floor was coming up. The manager *****, assistant manager **** and the rest of the entire staff couldn't make you feel more at home than if you were home.I will not go to any other location when in need of lodging than the ************** location.It was a blessing that I found them.Kuddos to the entire staff for being the Special Individuals They Are. Kuddos to *** for having such Individuals to represent your brand.God bless. *********************

Friendly staff, clean room and safe perimeters. Price was decent. Have no complaints other than I was looking forward to trying ****** restaurant that shares the same parking lot but it was closed for renovations. Much better than my previous stopping place, the best western motel in ********. that place was absolutely scary.

I can't comment on other *** properties, but the one we have stayed at in ******, ** is excellent. The staff is absolutely wonderful, the property is kept clean and nice, and the rooms are spacious. Housekeeping and maintenance does a great job and the front desk staff is always friendly and attentive, and always willing to help. They've made our stay wonderful and I will always highly recommend this property.

Awesome clean hotel, great customer service, big spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and not noisy at all. Great location around stores and restaurants.

The stay was comfortable and we slept well. The staff were receptive. The owner received constructive feedback well. There needs to be some general maintenance of the room that includes painting, as well as updates.

Great location, I had ordered food from a restaurant and they did not give me any utensils. The gentleman at the front desk got me some utensils to eat my dinner with. Rooms are clean
