The rates and amenities are quite nice. We very much appreciated having a kitchen in our suite and supplies to be able to cook for ourselves.The staff was friendly and helpful, to a person.The floors and surfaces of our room were dirty when we checked in and we cleaned the surfaces ourselves. The grounds were littered with trash. The trash room on our floor filled up with residents' trash every 2 days or so and was emptied every few days.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. Enjoyed the swimming pool. We plan on coming back soon.

We had family come in from out of town for July 4th. Stayed 6 days in a kitchenette. The room is clean and updated. The wifi and cable were great! Had many movies and shows to choose from. That matters at night when you're bored. ?? The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They even offered to help us with the luggage ?? We would recommend this hotel ?? ??

My stay here was phenomenal!! **** did absolutely amazing and superb!! He was very friendly and I without a doubt believe that he will go above and beyond for any customer with any concern whatsoever!! He deserves a raise and recognition if I can express that!! ^_^ ^_^

Amazing costumer service from the front Desk and Staff. This was my first time staying at a hotel that allows animals and loved seeing how many other guest had their fur babies with them too. The rooms and showers are really clean. The hallways are mainly quiet unless if youre walking-through with your doggy but everyone seems to be friendly. They have this really nice walking trail for you and your dogs in the back of the hotel. Only downside was how much guest didnt clean after their dogs and having to watch where you step... read more
