Office closed couldn’t check in

We do provide a lobby phone that you can dial if you are checking in after or before our lobby is open for service. This allows you to dial '500' for assistance from one of our amazing team members. We are so sorry if you were not aware of this prior to visiting and will work hard to make this more visible to all our future guests. We do hope that your future travels are wonderful ones.

I wasn't able to check in because the office was closed. I called the number that was on the sign and they weren't able to get anyone to check me in for over 45 minutes. I kept calling back and got the run around. Expedia and Wood Spring Suites won't refund me for a room I never even got to check into due to the hotel not having someone on-site to check in guest. NEVER using Expedia again!

Unbelievable customer service. I had a very serious issue and was told the policies of the hotel would not allow any help. There was no way to work within the policies that could be used to help and the person behind the counter was not willing to determine options. Fortunately, it turned out ok but it could have easily been life threatening.

Dirty place. I wanted non smoking room but got stuck in smoking room. TV only has 1 channel, phone did not work in room, and the light strip in bathroom above sink has 5 light bulbs. Only one was working. Also cold water would not work in sink. Room 407.

This place is nasty nasty. For 100 bucks and a no smoking room you should get a room that doesn't smell like cigarettes and that has been cleaned. Absolutely filthy. The area around the hotel is covered in litter and beer bottles left sitting everywhere. To have to walk through a cloud of smoke upon entry because the smoking area has been designated right next to the only entrance.

Accomodations were very basic. There is no one on duty after 7:00 PM. To check in you have to call into a call center and they dispatch someone to check you in. In the meantime, you wait. I waited for 30 minutes before someone arrived to check me in. It is totally ridiculous. Once checked in, one of the rooms we booked had a nonfunctional remote, and the channels couldn't be changed.
