The review is for *** in ********, ** at ************************************************* They are corrupt and misleading. They led me to believe that I was paying $145 a night when in fact they charged by the night: $145, $275, and finally $427 (w/o tax). I never got confirmation when I made a reservation, and when I was asked to sign the agreement when I got in, all I saw was a line for the signature. **************** was terrible . Woman at front desk was very rude the day I checked in . When I told her I had been at the front waiting for about 20 minutes she responded No you havent. 2 days later I saw a ***** crawling across the dresser . Someone tried to get in my room , i dont know if he was confused or not but my room was the last room on the hall so he should have known it wasnt his . The laundry room was out of order. There idea of a breakfast is coffee and a small muffin. Internet was shotie. Beds ok. Great Coffee. (Elevator was down a few days) Death in parking lot. False alarm for carbon dioxide, fire department came

WORSE HOTEL STAY EVER! I stayed at Extended Stay America at the location in ****** ** (********************* We arrived very late (around 2am in the morning). The gentleman behind the counter opened the front door with a long broom stick with a squeezy attached to it. First red flag, but we were tired and just wanted to get some sleep. He gave us the handicapped room (which we did not ask for). When we stepped into the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke, it was so strong. Cancelled reservation without cause. ****** the manager was unprofessional and threatening.

If I could give them a 0 I would . My daughter and I checked in yesterday at the **********/Cahaba location. My daughter stayed while I was at work until 11pm. I text her to come down the steps to let me in because I dropped my key in the car and neither one of our keys worked to get back into the room . We were locked out all night . Im sure they have cameras to validate my story . Thank God I live up the street so we went back home. Check in on Sunday, your room will be cleaned the following Monday. The lie detector has determined that this was a LIE. The carpet is stained, the things I intentionally placed on the floor, and the seasonings I put on the countertop to see how well they cleaned are still present! I am supposed to have free Wi-Fi and there is absolutely no Wi-Fi on the second floor ( room 207)! I have personally seen people urinate in the parking lot in front of the manager, *******, and it was totally fine in her eyes!! She has promised th... read more

I reserved a room at the *** at the ************ Airport in ************, **. Upon arriving there I was greeted by rude receiptionist. The laundry room was in the back and they had the door open with laundry all over the floor and in the receiption area.I was informed there was a $100 incidential fee. As I was taken to my room there was weed smells coming from other rooms and this was a non-smoking hotel. Ive had a three night stay at the ************** location I could not believe how dumpy my room was. There were extremities in the toilet and on the seat! The fridge is barely running, and food was left in it. The kitchen sink is just ***** and smelly. Its poorly taken care off and very dirty. I called to get a better rate than paying $350 for 3 days.I did asking for a credit for the 3 days, as I was going to prolong my stay since I am here for spinal injections throughout this month.
