I had a terrible experience with extended stay America in ********* ********, I have told the lady on the front desk that I wanted to leave due to an urgent situation it was around 1:00 p.m. the lady said you can leave and there will be no charge to you to that extra time I told the lady thank you very much you are nice went upstairs packed my stuff came downstairs there was another lady she said you have to pay for another night since you are checking out late I told her the lady who was here before you said otherwise he fi... read more

complaint has been filed in court. My attorney spoke with corporate . Extended stay is dodging paperwork . The manager and the house keeper has been named in the lawsuit I was told that the manger was getting fired for her negligence. Also I was told that the housekeeper will be fired

This location has bed bugs. The sad part is after I reported it, I had to wait 2 weeks and only received a partial refund. The manager, **** didnt seem surprised by the bugs. I was bitten for 9 days and didnt realize I was actually being eaten until I woke up with bite marks all over my body. I went to the emergency room and still no apology or settlement. My son has stayed at this hotel for a few weeks and had no problems with anything until he got into a little bit of trouble witch has nothing to do with my complaint On him being checked out of the motel I went to get his things that had been locked up Upon the day I went to get his stuff the lady said everything was there I said Im just going to look through his stuff and I found that his Apple Watch was not among his items and she said everything was packed up that was in the room I said that watch is a $300 watch and its ... read more

This extended-stay is located in ************, *********** booked a room from February to April me and my two kids had to stay in this room because we relocated from out of state I never had bedbugs or roaches lived in my own home so we didnt have any issues. I only brought clothes and suitcases. Everything was washed and clean. WELL!!!! Where do you me to start. All the reviews i just read are all TRUE. we are still here but are leaving due to bad Managment and the staff during the day are rude and should not be in the Public eye. since day one of our stay ******* behind the desk had a attitude to me, and found out during our stay talking to other resident's they say the same thing about her Attitude. And as for the charges they make NO sense, and as for the laundry room the machines and floor and tables are Dirty. They say NO smoking in the rooms ... read more

Had reservation for one evening at Extended Stay Southwest *****. Arrived at 10:45pm local time. That is an after hours check in. Never was informed of any after hours check in. Called a number from lobby phone and was told that someone would be available in 30 minutes to check me in. Drove to next exit and checked into another motel and in room well before 30 minutes. The property charged me for the night, said that by leaving I canceled my reservation and therefore I would be charged. Unbelievable.

When I called their reservations number I was told that if I booked for a week and didnt stay the full week Id get a refund minus the difference between the weekly rate and the daily rate. I was told the difference was about $10 a night. So I booked during that call for a weeks stay.I stayed the week and extended my stay by a week. After I had stayed 11 nights, I told the the front desk clerk Id be checking out the next morning, 2 days early. Let me tell you about this location. Mold in the bathtub, water damage, countertop looks like someone peed on it. Our second night there someone had either got into a fight or simply was passed out on the second floor by the elevator. 15 cops were outside the building. I asked for a new room, the next room had one bed and was even worse damage then our original room. Our cards NEVER WORKED My lady ended up getting sick from the mold in the room.
