Good value. Great price for amenities. Cleanliness not too high. Parkinglot potholes need repair or at least gravel in them. Pretty sure guests are smoking in doors. Room cleaning rarely on time as promised (every 2 wks). Coffee n grab and go breakfast advertised when booked over phone through home office or whatever was informed at the actual location upon check in is not offered. Some staff nice, others constantly complaining. Ease of payment and check in.

The room was nice and clean and it was very spacious. The hallway was quiet and the carpet was clean. Ms. ***** is an excellent manager and looked out for whatever was going on in the building. I would have gave it a five, but, I did not like the smell of weed at the front door. I know you can't control all the people all the time so it is not the manager's fault. I just wish there was a different designated space for smoking.
I can say this has been the nicest hotel I have stayed in for work. The staff is great rooms are clean no bugs. Some bunnies and bears have been spotted, but I will be staying here again when I go back for work.

Plus The room was a good size and well laid out.Minus The sink was dirty. It had a soapy scum at the bottom. The toilet was dirty. It had brown stains on it.For an extended stay hotel, it didn't have a dish, pot, pan, plate, or even a fork. What are they suppose to eat off of?I didn't like that we had to wait at the front door and call the desk to be let in. Then they put the cars behind a fence. The place is not taken care of. Its runned down. I will not ever stay there again!
The Extended Stay America staff is exceptionally friendly, kind, helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Room 416. The room and hallway have a musty odor. The window panes are dirty, and the floor carpet is too old.
That staff is very friendly and helpful. My room is very comfortable. It's very quiet here, especially at night. No Security issues so far which makes this a safer place to reside.
