its nice but it was nice just don't like paying exra foe WiFi 20.00 for the 3 days weekly rate or around 6 a day for daily rate no coffee pot in room

Just okay. Overall it was ok. Had some issues with re- booking. Had some noisy neighbors who were up at all hours slamming doors. Also many times the smell of marijuana in the hall was overwhelming.

Underwhelmed This was our first stay at a Value Place. If you are used to even a few amenities, this is not the chain for you. And, although we knew this chain accommodated weekly/monthly guests, this site was more like a low income apartment complex. If I were traveling alone, I would not have felt safe. The best part of this site is its location. Every store and eatery needed was nearby.

Nice but confusing This place was a bit confusing to me. I arrived later in the evening and the door to the office was locked. We went back to the parking lot and then someone came out. They couldn't find my reservation, but we're gracious enough to give us a room anyway. In the morning, the office was closed again, leaving me a bit baffled. Other than being confused, the stay was ok.

It works This is set up more for long term staying. You have to call for the front desk clerk and wait for them to come down- even in the middle of the day. There were no extras as in Kleenex but they had the little kitchenette if you were in need of it. They also ran background cks on everyone over 18 staying, so that was a nice security.
