***** and **** went above and beyond to assist our needs when we arrived early in the morning from a very long tiring drive. They let us check in early to get some Zzzs before we drove back home to **. Thank you so much!!

Stayed in the hotel fot 2 days. The experience we had was pretty bad. There was no hair dryer, no shower liners, no phone line. Had to go to lobby everytime if I needed anything. I had to install the shower liners by myself.

Extended Stay is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The only reason it got a 1 star was because the price was affordable but the conditions were so bad I would rather sleep in my car. First night, I went back to my car to sleep because the room was so disgusting and dirty, roaches everywhere, the *** remote, and phone were broken. Second night the receptionist moved my room to a better disgusting, dirty, ***** infested room. When I pulled the blanket back there was dirt all over the sheets underneath it. Good - All the amenities were working great Bad - Breakfast wasn't provided - Check-in is unnecessarily strict. I arrived at 2:30PM and requested check-in. The room was available but the staff said that system wouldn't allow check-in even at 2:59PM.- Kitchen in the room was dirty

This was my first experience with Extended Stay America....Worst front desk No breakfast only coffee and mini muffins Paid $244 for one night No water in the room Ask for a blanket rudely refused Three different front desk clerks all worst customer service.....I have worked as front desk clerk and I have 30 years of retail management experience so I know what a customer service is ....

Very clean and comfortable room. We were in town for a concert. Hotel was literally minutes from the amphitheater. Service was exceptional with a very quick and easy checkin. We will definitely stay here again!

DO NOT STAY HERE. It was awful. Upon check in they could not get a key card to work for 30 minutes. Finally got it and left once to buy ice at a gas station and came back to key not working again. It was beyond frustrating. Breakfast was blah..... snacks really.
