The staff at the ******************************** are exceptionally friendly and always there to tend to any needs. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and amazing service.I was a long term resident and have only good things to say about my experience. Also for the price you pay to live an expensive city like the *********************, the value you get at Extended Stay is unbeatable.

9/29/204 at check-in found my reservation had been cancelled by receptionist because I didn't checked-in at 6PM CDT and nothing can be done by receptionist. Receptionist rude attitude. Receptionist asked me to make a new reservation online. I was assigned a room 134 in poor condition. Front door damaged/name carved, kitchen cabinet broken, appliances need to be updated back form the 50/60s, inside fridge compartments broken. All furniture in poor condition, scratched, chairs filty with stains.

One of the hardest beds ive slept on. I think the floor would have been a softer option. The table legs were literally falling off and could be fixed in 2 minutes with a s**** driver. The room was clean and smelled good but for a hundred dollars a night, i would have expected at least a sample bottle of shampoo.

No lie it was a bit questionable when I arrived there was ********** outside but the energy was lovely once you made it through the doors and I absolutely love that you have to use your room key to re enter back into the property because it's always about feeling safe and I felt right at home from the room setup to the employees energy it's well needed for a quiet getaway

Clean, friendly, helpful staff, and Miss ******* was excellent! Always with a friendly smile and ready to help. ****** at night was a big help, and Miss ********* and Miss ****** were always there to answer any concerns!!!

Terrible Experience Will ***** Return During my recent stay at Extended Stay in **********, I had one of the worst experiences. When I arrived, it was clear that this place was poorly managed and did not care about its ********* disappointment started right at the check-in process, a complete disaster. It was very affordable, clean, comfortable. The thing keeping it from a 5 is having some form of breakfast has always been a thing with Extended Stay. I was disappointed we were not offered anything.
