The overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel was very nice. Although their staff is not very competent, one being a certain employee named Jamal. I had booked a double bed studio room and was almost forced out of my room input into a single which I did not pay for I paid extra for the double bed, because Jamal thought double bed was the size of the bed in the room, not the fact that there are two. Smh Room smelled like wet dog, the pillows were so wore out, people in and out of there rooms slamming doors all night, weird people standing outside of motel definitely high on drugs, some guy hissed at me getting on the elevator. staff was looked dirty.

Horribly nasty hotel Horrible stay! Cockroaches! Horribly uncomfortable beds. Not clean at all. Dirt and crumbs under the bed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Dont be fooled by the appearance. I do hope the management reads this. In fact please forward!!! Expedia, this hotel needs an alert placed to all that stay here. We arrived around 1:00 a.m. The outwards appearance of the hotel was decent. After about a 10 minute wait upon ringing the door bell, and a strange face looking back through the window, we were greeted by the night time clerk. Broke From Paying For The Amenities. Didn't know clean bedding, towels, housekeeping and wifi wouldn't be included in the price. I won't ever stay at Value Place again. I have ocd and clean bedding and towels every day is a must for me. But on the plus side, everyone was nice and friendly.

Pricey with few services The sale tax is very high, no free internet, room rate is pricey, staff is rude, in the two weeks I was their the room was never cleaned, not even to change out the two towels they provide. They only have 5 wash machine for a 4 story hotel...expect long waits. If I didn't need to be close to work I would not have stayed here.

Not what we asked for When we got to the motel, they had already given out all the non-smoking rooms and expected us to take a smoking room. We immediately cancelled our room and went elsewhere. We know nothing about the rooms themselves other than they have smoking rooms and even the lobby smelled of smoke.
