It was the worst experience in my life.I am always traveling using Hotel.com and it was the first time I had problem with a hotel. First I arrived and they couldnt find my reservation, they didnt give me any solution. After insisting the front desk gave me a room that was reserved for another person. Arriving in the room it was with dusty on the furniture, no cups or silverware, the towels with hair. I was afraid to lay down on the bed. No breakfast only a coffee or hot chocolate offer. Awesome. Very clean!! not one single ***** or bed bug! Ms. ***** is the best, very attentive to customer service and reasonable accommodations. Safe environment and great location close to everything.

The manager is very professional. His staff is a direct representation of him. I don't have any complaints. I have stayed in the best resorts and hotels. There may be some imperfections but, the quality and service is and should be 6. There is always someone available 24/7. The environment is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend The Extended Stay American to family and friends.

Staff was exceptional! I gave 3 stars, because the fridge didn't work. They put me on the 1st floor what sounded like the circus practicing. I don't know how ,but you could swear they had ***** square feet of room up there! Beds were extremely comfy. Furniture is outdated, appliances ***** and ***** droppings all over counter, dead roaches behind fridge, and the rancid smell of a dirty wet carpet. Location was great!

The front desk lady that checked us in was amazingly kind and knowledgeable. That's about the best I can say. There was blood stains on the bed sheets and comforter. Had I not had my own sheets and blankets I would've thrown a fit. I'm pretty easy going. When checking out I asked when the security deposit would be credited back to my card and the manager very rudely yelled to the front desk guy that my room has to be checked before anything gets credited back like I was a degenerate who broke things.
