Staff rude and unfriendly. Conplained about my dog that i agreed to pay for but was toldi had 15 mins to remove dog or pay when the office closed at 9pm. It was only 4

Booked online, got there to the tv not working but nobody that was working there could give me a new room because it was bought through Expedia… I didn’t get discount or anything $80 down the drain better luck paying $50 and going down the street

I checked in on the 2nd of july and payed thrue the 9th and checked out 4 days early but the first night i asked if thayed move mw cuz the construkshion. And remoddling going on right above my room and it smelled of mold. And the bathroom hade water damedge. Realy bad i told the manger and the. Staff but nothing been done. And im on dissabilty. Fixed income and i hade to check out family emergincy
There was an awful smell in the room, not sure where it was coming from. There was hair in the bed. The tv didn't work. And when taking a shower there was standing water in the shower.
Bed was from the early 80s, room was iffy. I slept on top of my bed in my sleeping bad.

BedBug Hotel Disaster The hotel itself looms nice and the rooms look nice, but as we checked in and found out that we had to wash our own towels, wash clothes, and sheets and blankets. We stayed for 7 days... Well i booked 7 days... But soon i found out that the room we were in was majorly infested with bed bugs! In the base boards, the bed, the bed side table, absolutely everywhere. I got a bug powder and put it in the room and they called and threatened to make me pay for damaged. No damage... Only bedbug poison powder!!!!

Won’t stay here again! We called to see if we could check in early and they said yes but when we got there to do so they said that they would have to charge my card again because they had not received my payment from hotels.com. So we said we would just come back. Well we didn’t make it back until 11pm which made it an after hour check in so we waited 20 mins for someone to show up to check us in then it took another 20 minutes for him to check us in.
