Very friendly staff, accommodating and pleasant to talk to. However room condition desires to be better. Mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom, dirty carpets, not even basic coffee machine, fridge door sticky at the handle...

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel and room looked and smelled clean. The front desk staff wasnt at the desk on both our check-in and check-out because they were attending to their other duties, but were very friendly when they got there and we did not have to wait too long. Breakfast was simple but substantial. One of the bed sheets had a light brown stain ( Coffee? Chocolate? Dried blood?) and could use some pre-soaking with detergent and/or bleach before being washed, so nothing that cant be remedied.

Stayed at extended stay for a little more than eight months. It was an amazing experience. The staff was great *******. The manager was amazing. The maintenance was amazing. All of the housekeeping staff are amazing rooms always clean hotel was always clean or loud people. No issues with crime or loud neighbors. Its almost like living in a apartment community. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and are sad to leave, but we are moving onto better things, but we appreciate everyone there for everything they help us with.

0 Stars THE FILTHIEST ROOM I have even seen open to guest. Every single thing in the room was FILTHY! I dont know where to begin! I took out my phone to record the scene, I skin crawled as I saw small roaches/bugs crawling on the carpet & the room couch/chair. I left went back to the front desk & got my full refund including the deposit back. Lost For Words. Inexcusable!

We had reserved the room through our Southwest Rapid Rewards account. When we arrived, we found the hotel had been trying to reach us to let us know they no longer had the type of room we requested. But SW had given them incorrect information, so they did not have our phone number. This was totally SW's fault. They still gave us a room! And worked very hard to be sure we were happy with it. *** runs a fraudulent business. I asked to extend my stay for two more days at the weekly rate because I had stayed a full week already. She had her assistant look up the weekly rate, but decided to charge the daily rate stating that two more days does not constitute a week???I then told her I will not be staying two days and will check out the next day. I left after checking in. The whole place is disgusting and unhygienic!!! There were actual bugs crawling on me at check-in. I showed the front desk clerk. Looked at the room, left and found a different hotel. Went back and cancelled reservation and they said I might be charged for the night, which was $43. Called my credit card and was charged $160. Employees were nice but they should have uniforms or wear more decent clothes because they were just wearing old worn out shirts. I requested for pots, pans, and a fork but they said they ran out. I requested for some hair conditioner but they didnt have any.
