I did not like it because you over booked and we did not get to stay for our night in town

Nothing good came out of it. Walked in to check in to my room, the lady was on a personal call for at least five minutes before acknowledging me. Then promptly told me she can’t help me and I needed to call the place I made the reservation. Ended up going elsewhere.

Pay a little more and find a different place. We went to the building after booking a non-smoking room. They tell us all they have are smokeing rooms left. The lady was able to find us a non-smoking room, but turns out the entire 2 of out 4 floors are smoking so no mater where you go you will be breathing smoke. Now here is the kicker. You are responsible for washing all your own linens, towels, sheets everything you are even responsible for providing your own toilet paper. I had an family emergency on my second week of employment there in Wichita and had to resign my new job with Spirit, so I had to cut my 7 day stay down to 4 days which left me 3 days on the books that I lost??? It would have good if I could’ve use those days back home since I’ve been using value place for a while now but to no avail, Thanks A lot Value Place...........

if you are a single woman I would not recommend this place to you or anyone, there are a lot of people living there and people going in and out. the bed was lumpy the furniture and floor dirty no curtains up to the window and on my last day there the police came knocking on my door 2 oclock in the morning looking for someone, they had the wrong room, l will never go there again and expedia is wrong for having them on there site. scared and disappointed
