Employees ****** and ***** made our stay as pleasant as possible. The staff overall wete very helpful and friendly. The rooms are in need of a major deep cleaning and overhaul . Room had a smell and it did get noisy at times but it served the purpose for our time there.

I was very unhappy with my stay once I awaken to use the bathroom and a ***** was crawling on the wall. I left immediately after. If I could rate it with zero stars I would.

Great stay at the Extended Stay America in *****, **. Facility was clean, receptionist efficient and helpful. They even matched the cost that I had found on Booking.com. This was our second time staying at this hotel and would have no hesitation staying again as we travel through **********.

The room was clean. The amenities are non existent. The kitchen is useless unless you by the pots and dishes to use it, and there is no coffee pot.
