Traveler beware!!!! Money scam!!! This hotel management will overcharge your card especially if you use hotels.com to pay for the room. They will not refund double charges and will put random charges between 1 and 30 dollars without concent. Worst extended stay experienxe ever. I was double charged on weekly room rates twice. Booked a smoking room and was charged 500 dollars for smoking in a non smoking room. Again booked a smoking room. Traveler beware!

While I had got out the shower. There was the cleaning lady who walked in on me while I was naked and she didn’t knock or nothing. They didn’t do nothing to fix the problem as well. I would never recommend that nobody stays there. People’s children just runs up and down the stairs they run the through the hallways all loud and stuff. The room 318 was not clean when I went into it. The floor was not swept and the toilet kept getting clogged up. Like meaning it wouldn’t flesh unless I take the back lid off to flush it. Horrible Manager Experience This manager is horrible, worst experience by an employee I've ever experienced. I've stayed at numerous Windspring Sites, I'll never stay at this one again. To tell a husband that his wife, a stage 4 cancer patient is just a story and she has heard them all is awful, especially since that wife is a retired 39 year school tracher in the Wichita community. Rooms have a kitchenette however there is absolutely no house wares in it. No silverware no pots or pans or drinking glasses.There was no pan to boil water for coffee nothing. The shower spicket to pull up on the bath faucet for a shower was absolutely stuck. Luckily I found an ash tray to prey it up or I would have check right out at 11pm and not have paid for this room.The only items in the room were 2 bath towels and 2 wash rags.

We made a reservation to check out on a certain date. We fiund out 2 days before checkout that the clerk had taken one day off the reservation without us asking or telling us. Then when we asked if we would be refunded for the night we were supposed to get and one clerk said yes tjen the next day, another clerk said no. Then blamed the whole thing on a new clerk
Anonymous Didn’t get the room what I had booked. Room was very smoke and was place on a smoking floor. I’m not a smoker and my son has asthma so it was a very bad experience. Also the hotel was overbooked. Was told I could check out, but no hotel rooms available for my price range in the area. Also a customer had reservations and was turned away.

The entire building stunk of cigarette smoke. I had a non smoking room, but the scent carried into the room. I have wash everything I took to the hotel, even if I did not wear it because it reeks of cigarette smoke.
