Wonderful customer service! Very helpful staff!
Comfortable room Check-in problems due to lack of clear directions for after hours check-in. The room was clean and comfortable but a little worn. Overall a good stay.
Convenient location
The a dishwasher is disgusting and the kitchen was really dirty. Inside the cabinets and the drawers were extremely dirty. And the refrigerator was old outdated, yellow-ish and very dirty. Although it is for extended stay there was not a single plate, cup, or silverware at all. Also, very limited bedding. No extra covers were available and it was a cold night. But the woman at the front desk was wonderful , helpful and friendly. I forgot her name but she was from Queens NY.
