Good hotel for its price Place looks good. The bedsheets and pillowcases smell like they were not clean. Had workers outside painting and getting in the way of entry.

Working man’s hotel Had to wait for our room to be cleaned, even though we didn’t check in until 8pm. It was clean and a decent room for the price when we got it though. The staff there is pretty sparse.

Pretty Great Place If your looking for a place to sleep, shower, and chill in between doing things, this is your place. Yes some parts of the building have an off putting odor, but remember this is not a Hylton and people live here full time as well. If you’re concerned about safety, don’t be. This place is one of the most secure places I’ve stayed. Key in entry door from parking, constant surveillance, and of course key in room with deadbolt options. Woodspring Suites in Wilmington NC I enjoyed it it was clean the service was good awesome for the price I paid

Great price, location, and cleanliness, but loud Stay was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent, price was great, very close to Greenfield Amphitheater. The walls might a little thin, however. We could hear everything going on in the halls.
